Hi. Does anybody know of a good source of small solar cells, say 3v, suitable for BEAM projects, here in the UK? They seem to be a bit thin on the ground! Thanks

2422 Solar Cell
A 24mm x 22 mm standard Sunceram solar cell which produces 3.5 volts (open circuit) @ 6mA (short circuit) in noon sunlight.

Yer I heard that too.... I think they must just be running on surplus stock I guess.
