I'm building a BEAM blimp, and this is my first electronics project. I'm really having trouble identifying the parts I need to build the schematics I found. This is for the head only, as I plan to build it first, as a "warmup." Here are the schematics:

Hi Geo,
From your schematic:
The main chip is the 74AC240 octal inverter, it has 20 pins, each pin input and output is identified on the schematic by the numbers.
The other parts are:
photodiodes or light dependant resistors
a few capacitors and a few resistors
Please ask if you require any more details.
Blimp sounds great! care to elaborate on your plans?
Tom
