Unfortunately there was not enough interest to host a competition, BEAM is still too young in the UK.
With my third year at Uni looming I won't have time to try again for a competition unfortunately.
If anyone else is having or organising a competition please let us know here, I would gladly come along and try to drum up some interest.

that's a shame.
I've got to say some times a small group can give a great forum for swapping ideas tho'
While it may appear 5-6 peeps is hardly worth doing the ideas that can be swapped can be fantastic, and certainly become worth the effort.
Give me a shout if something ever comes close. It's also worth dropping into www.robotbuilder.co.uk and letting the peeps there know there's something going on
best regards,
