solar cells

Hi. Does anybody know of a good source of small solar cells, say 3v, suitable for BEAM projects, here in the UK? They seem to be a bit thin on the ground! Thanks
!TomboT!

Arrow Total robots sell:

2422 Solar Cell
A 24mm x 22 mm standard Sunceram solar cell which produces 3.5 volts (open circuit) @ 6mA (short circuit) in noon sunlight.

Or do you require smaller than these?

Hope that helps

Thanks Tom. No, that's fine - good enough to get me started! But haven't the Sunceram cells been discontinued?
